Blessing Amidu is a brilliant Producer, Director, writer, entrepreneur and humanitarian. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of Benin and is a veteran in Nigeria’s oil & gas industry for over two decades.

She is multitalented and has written and produced several stage plays, acting in lead as well as supporting roles in their numbers. Her innovation and passion to stand out make her unique and outstanding.

Blessing made an indelible mark of all time in 2020 when she produced Nigeria’s First Feature length Animated movie (Lady Buckit & the Motley Mopsters, LBMM for short) with a cinematic release, going on to win multiple international awards viz;

• AMAA 2021 – Best Feature Length Animated Movie

• AFRIFF 2021-Best Feature Length Animated Movie

• KIAFF 2022-Best Feature Length Animated Movie and several official selections at Film festivals globally including but not limited to

• the prestigious Annecy in France in 2021.

Blessing Amidu is the Founder of Hot Ticket productions limited, a content creation and development company focused on creating world class African indigenous contents for family entertainment. She is also Group CEO of Max Allegra group of companies, an organization poised to provide world class entertainment.

Blessing is Founder of the Lady Buckit Foundation, a Non-profit dedicated to the under-privileged and the development of the girl child. She is on the board of trustees of Gold Stream Foundation and Director at Gold Stream Academy, a first of its kind talent and development Institute with focus on sports, the Creative Arts and Scientific innovation.

She is a voracious reader who also enjoys watching movies in her spare time. she is a mother of four and currently resides in Nigeria.
